Bucharest is now aboard and counting as well

Deliveries that began at the end of last year for the project in Bucharest have now been successfully completed. Once again, iris GmbH worked in very close cooperation with the bus manufacturer EvoBus, which allowed the vehicles to be factory-equipped with IRMA 3D systems. For this purpose, EvoBus employees were given in-depth training by iris GmbH technicians. This allowed the installation and commissioning of the buses to be carried out independently by EvoBus, which meant not only a streamlined installation process but also a lower cost to the end customer. Thus within one quarter, 100 new vehicles were able to be equipped with our passenger counting systems and handed over to RATB, the Bucharest Traffic Authority.
