“From it’s beginnings as specialized event for railways technology, InnoTrans in recent years has turned into an important tradeshow for traffic engineering technology in general”, says iris-GmbH Sales Manager Marc-Oliver Brammann. “This tradeshow therefore provides a great opportunity to present our innovative products to potential customers.”
At the InnoTrans iris will mainly showcase its powerful IRMA passenger counting system. The focal point will be placed on the new IRMA 3D system featuring an innovative detection method based on infrared light pulses which allows for counting accuracy unheard of so far. IRMA 3D generates a 3D image of the door space und reliably detects individual persons even in crowded conditions. It can distinguish people from other objects and even determine body height.
