IRMA in Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi transportation company Department of Transport (DOT) has decided in favour of the counting system IRMA. The integration of IRMA 3 D into their vehicles is under way: 105 busses of manufacturer EvoBus already count by IRMA counting system.

The Abu Dhabi transportation company Department of Transport (DOT) has decided in favour of the counting system IRMA. The integration of IRMA 3 D into their vehicles is under way: 105 busses of manufacturer EvoBus already count by IRMA counting system. Our partner in this project is Gorba AG whose technicians were trained by members of iris GmbH as to acquire full knowledge how install and initiate first run of the counting system in the United Arab Emirates independently. Additionally bus manufacturer MAN is including IRMA into vehicles scheduled for delivery to DOT by the end of the year. As a result several hundred vehicles are going to be equipped by IRMA, thus gaining a more and more important role in organizing the Abu Dhabi traffic optimally and better adapted to the customers´ needs.
